Joshua Haas has been working as a licensed real estate agent for over 19 years and started his career in real estate as an investor, buying off-campus housing, while attending Widener University in Pennsylvania. He is currently the managing broker for Garden State Properties Group in Runnemede, New Jersey and represents Buyers, Sellers on the retail side as well as working with Investors, building their real estate portfolios and managing their properties.

 

Joshua currently resides in Bellmawr, New Jersey and is married to his wife Gail and has 3 children, Morgan, Chase and Aiden. He sits on the Joint Land Use Board in Bellmawr, New Jersey as well as the School Advisory Board for St. Rose of Lima School in Haddon Heights, NJ. He holds licenses in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and South Carolina.
